Warning: Mild cursing Alive  "Come on, (Name)!" I shouted to my girlfriend. We were on vacation in the tropics down south. We both loved hiking with a passion and I wanted to show her a place I came to with my family. I stood tall and proud at the top of a roaring waterfall, the water rushing down to splash into a deep pool at the bottom.  “I'm coming! Slow down, Al," she said laughing. I smiled fondly at her. A Frozen Night  I shuddered and pulled my threadbare jacket tighter around my thin body. I always hated this time of the year, when the snow began to fall and all the people closed their doors.
